The staff were friendly and helpful, and the daily room cleaning was a nice touch. The location in the middle of the island was perfect, allowing easy access to all parts of Gili Air. The availability of free maps and bikes at the reception was a great bonus for exploring the island.

The internet connection wasn't the best, but this seems to be a common problem on the island. we found that mosquitoes could find their way into the room if the doors weren't fully closed.
